We are looking for members for our new Client and Family Advisory Council (CFAC).

The purpose of the Council is to make sure that we are guided by the voice and experience of our clients and families in in the work we do. The CFAC will provide this perspective when we are thinking about important matters such as the following:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Closing the Gap Vision, Mission Statement and Quality Charter
  • Client, Family, and Caregiver experience
  • Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Client and family education materials
  • CTG Ethics Program
  • Access to care and services
  • Client Safety

We are looking for people who would be interested and able to meet up to six times per year, at least once per year in our Mississauga location, and otherwise participating by telephone. We would love to hear from people who are future-focused and have a desire to help us improve the service delivery experience for our clients and the people who support them.
