Closing the Gap Healthcare Group’s Quality Charter is a statement of principles that guide us in providing healthcare services of an exceptionally high quality, and in meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients, our customers, our staff members, and our organization.

When we think about what quality means to our clients, we think in terms of Quality of Life.

When we think about what quality means to members of our workforce, we think in terms of Professional Knowledge and Expertise.

Our care providers are fully credentialed and they embody current professional knowledge and expertise. Their skills remain clinically current, because we facilitate ongoing workforce development. Our care providers take care to ensure that client and workforce safety is present in every aspect of our service provision.

We achieve client care outcomes that are meaningful to each client. We use measurable indicators to demonstrate efficiency, effectiveness and client-focused care that exceed contractual requirements, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services.[/ultimate_modal]

We are a respected and established collaborator: with acute care, long-term care and Community Care Access Centres to ensure smooth transitions between hospital and home; with universities and colleges to provide learning and mentoring opportunities for students; and with other organizations and providers to bring the latest in evidence-based practices and technology to the care of our clients.[/ultimate_modal]
