Remote Patient Monitoring for COPD Patients
Earlier this year, CTG was awarded a $409,605 grant from Ontario’s Health Technologies Fund (HTF) for our innovative Remote Patient Monitoring project with Cloud DX. On November 16th, 2017, Closing the Gap participated in a site visit at Markham Stouffville Hospital for the official launch of the project. There was a live demonstration performed with one of the enrolled patients, and our President Leighton McDonald spoke about the project.
Thank you to all of the organizations involved – Ontario Centres of Excellence, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Cloud DX, Markham Stouffville Hospital, Women’s College Hospital – and we look forward to continuing to grow the program and bring remote patient monitoring to even more individuals throughout the province.
